Vuestro Mexico City

My experience at Vuestro was absolutely fantastic! The staff, including Neme, Erick, and Ro, were incredibly kind, allowing us a late checkout which made our stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation, and I felt right at home throughout my stay. I highly recommend Vuestro and can't wait to return!

We were traveling for the first time to Mexico city from Toronto. We booked this hotel based on online reviews and were not sure in advance if we made the right choice. The reviews were correct and this nice boutique hotel was a great place for us for the 10 days we were in the city. It was located in a more quiet part of the city. It did not have the best view but definitely very quiet. It was only 15 minutes walk to Angel of Independance and and many Restaurants. The breakfast did not have many items but it was good for us to start out day. From the moment we arrived we felt truly welcomed. At the front desk, Diana, Alex, and Valeria treated us with warmth and genuine kindness every day. Breakfast became one of our favorite moments thanks to Neme, Rodrigo, Erick, and Tadeo—their smiles and care made our mornings special. And a heartfelt thank-you to Jorge, who kept our room clean. The hotel was safe. The front door was closed and you had to ring to get in.At evenings Alberto would come to the door and made sure we come in safe and the door is closed behind us. This hotel doesn’t just offer comfort—it offers people who make you feel at home. We are grateful for every moment and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

I've been to CDMX many times but this was my first time staying at Vuestro and very glad I chose it. It's a small boutique hotel that has anything and everything you need. What stood out the most was the top notch attention to cleanliness. The rooms and entire hotel were spotless!! This is important as I travel often and have stayed at 5 star more expensive hotels but at times have seen hair strands in the room, bathroom, or on towels of other hotels...not the case at Vuestro! Free included breakfast while limited was a nice touch. Service was exceptional too with a special shoutout and thank you to Ricardo for his friendliness, good attitude, and while I speak good Spanish, his ability to speak English made it easier without the need for my translator. Also the morning breakfast staff were always chipper friendly and accommodating. Thanks you Neme, Erick, Rodrigo, and Daniel!! Good spot in CDMX with plenty of fantastic restaurants within a 20 min or less walking distance. Rooftop pool and deck was a nice spot to relax and enjoy the sun and views. Don't hesitate to book the Vuestro!

The staff working there are so friendly. We had an issue with our Airbnb and had find a place to stay for a night. Booked Vuestro hotel and got there around midnight. The front desk was really nice. Felt really welcomed. In the morning. They have free breakfast. It was really fresh. Overall it’s a really nice hotel and it’s suitable for longer stay. Internet was fast. The room is big for a hotel room with fridge, sink, microwave and utilities. I would stay longer if I didn’t have to use Airbnb coupons.

Love this hotel, a quiet get away in a busy city. Felt close enough to most things to walk, but also tucked away just enough for some peace and safety after a long day. The staff is kind and professional. Breakfast is delicious, although I wish there was a Mexican option. I'd stay here again, 100% Good for those wanting a calm vibe in a quaint part of town. There is a rooftop pool but it was a bit too chilly for us in November, but I bet it's nice in summer!

Traveled to Mexico City for the first time 1-13-26 to 1-18-26. After hearing a lot of good reviews of traveling here my boyfriend and I all the way from the United States North Carolina.Wanted to spend my 40th birthday here and decided to pick this hotel based off pics and reviews and being locally located near everything which what I was looking for. They made my bday special and I had a good cook to order breakfast that day this hotel customer service is great, clean, and located in a good spot, and the beds were definitely comfortable I don’t get that kind of comfort much in US hotels. Cons I would say needs more variety for breakfast it was good food but definitely needs more selections. Overall I wouldn’t mind coming back to this hotel and it was a 4.5 stars for me.

Amazing hotel! Staff is very nice and helpful, the room was extremely clean. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Very safe area they have security at night that monitors who is going in and out the building. Definitely recommend.

All the staff were super helpful and lovely. Zoe in particular was excellent. No real issues, but they were always helpful with any little bits and pieces. Great location, short walk from lots of cool bars and restaurants in Reforma and then a slightly longer walk to Roma Norte. Room was nice and spacious and clean/fresh. Breakfast made to order was solid and staff were again lovely. No real criticisms.
